Mouse’s Garden was established to give children the chance to form a lasting connection to nature. More than just a learning experience, it’s a way of creating an indelible bond with the natural world.
Your child will grow up aware of their responsibility as a custodian of our planet, and an unwavering sense of their place within it. Being in nature connects children to their sense of self, ingraining a deep belief in their own strength, abilities and resilience. Our hope is that this foundational experience forms the compass by which they then move through the rest of their life, living fully and freely with kindness and compassion.

Our Eco-Friendly Approach
Being on an organic farm, we’re passionate about sustainable living. At Mouse’s Garden our toilets are composting, we don’t use chemical cleaning products, and we use biodegradable nappies and wipes. Toys are natural materials, we use enamel dishware, and strive to be as plastic-free as we possibly can
It’s vital to us that our environmental impact at Mouse’s Garden be as gentle as possible. We work in synchronicity with the organic farm, and uphold the same ethos to nurture the land and live in harmony with the seasonal sway of the natural world. Imparting these same values is an important component of our learning approach. We teach children to take care of things and mend them when they break, showing them that well-crafted natural toys will last far longer than flashy plastic. Reuse, recreate and restore. Conscious, slow living over fast consumerism. We even have our own resident carpenter and ‘Can Do Hero’, Alex, who is always on hand to help maintain and repair things, and inspire the children to do the same.
