Come join our team

We are looking to hire a nursery manager, and nursery practitioners. We actively encourage parents who want to return to work, and can help support you with this transition.

Come and join us on our beautiful organic farm-based setting. We are seeking to build a truly special team who will share our passion for connection, healthy living and encouraging children’s innate abilities to flourish through child-led learning, supported by nature and community.

We are currently growing our team. We have full and part-time positions available and would love to hear from you!

We spend our days outdoors, no matter the weather, but also have two large heated yurts to utilise for quieter activities. Our team value the importance of being in nature and embrace working in the elements, getting wet and muddy and teaching the children that there is always fun to be had outside, rain or shine.

If you have experience in working with children or are interested in developing your career in childcare, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome applications from anyone who shares our values and passion for child-led learning.

Mouse’s Garden is a family business, and we want you to feel part of our family, too. To show our appreciation for your dedication we pay above industry average with 28 days paid holiday, staff wellness days and and a range of other perks.

To apply please send your CV and a covering letter explaining why you would like to be part of our unique and exciting outdoor nursery to info@mousesgarden.co.uk.

By applying, you agree to sharing your personal data with us, as outlined in our privacy policy. We respect your privacy and your information will never be shared.
